Rigotech Chiptuning Ticketing System
Our customer, an automotive company providing chip tuning service, required the development of a robust and comprehensive ticketing system that is able to support multiple separated partners, internal processes and the whole customer communication as a single solution.
The project included the following requirements:
- multilevel permissions and roles
- separated partner pages
- tickets accessible to relevant support team and partners only
- possibility of multiple reassignments
- automatic status notifications
- various displays of ticket lists
- clear ticketing interface
We have been working with Attila and his development team nearly for a year on the Intranet and CRM systems of our company.
The task is not an easy one, it has required numerous custom developments. Even it was a relief that someone has undertaken these custom tasks, spent time to understand, to model the uniqueness, problems which occur in our workflow. Each module has been completed in deadline and in a professional way. Minor errors have been fixed quickly, and the ordered modules have been implemented in impeccable quality. They help our daily job enormously. It has been a good feeling to work with a programmer who is able and willing to think with us, make suggestions during the work, and even save us time and money due to his experience.
